Ready for the Christmas Season!!!!

Today Zachary and put up our christmas tree and got the inside of the house ready for Christmas. I know to some we are beyond crazy for putting it up before thanksgiving rolls around, heck I may just be a little crazy. It only made sense to put it up now and get things ready early. I will be 36 weeks pregnant tomorrow which puts me closer and closer to D-Day. We have always put the tree up the day after thanksgiving, this year that isn't at all practical for us. If I need a c section I will still be recovering at that time, and if not I will be big and 4 days shy of my due date so it only made sense to do it now and get it out of the way. Not to mention all the christmas gifts were piled up in little miss Tegan's room which was driving me bonkers!!! I just love having the tree up, it makes it feel so much more like home in here :) I have always loved the holiday and the cheer and happiness that comes with it. Looking at the tree and our three stockings hung brought tears to mine and Zach's eyes. We stood in the living room gazing at the tree giggling and crying. This is the best year ever and it is only going to get better!!!! We took pictures of putting up the tree and such to share with you all..and so Tommi could live through me until her tree goes up haha. It sure was a chore putting the tree skirt on lmao I didn't think my belly was going to allow me to do it, but I got the job done!!!! Enjoy all the pics :)

Zachary finished up the last of painting Tegan's wall the other day. It turned out so cute!!! I hope she likes it and grows up knowing how much love her daddy put into painting it for her. It adds the perfect girly touch and fits in so well!! I love it! Yesterday Zach and his dad made Tegan's window seat toy box. It is basically a big rectangle box with four big baskets in it for her toys. I bought the foam and fabric today to make the padded seat, tomorrow I am going to sew it. Once that is done her room is finished!!! I Finished packing my bag today as well as the dogs bag (he will be staying with my mom while we are at the hospital) I can't beleive I am 35 1/2 weeks along. Zach bought a bag today, now all he has to to is pack it and put it in the work car incase I go into labor while he is at work. We bought Tegans first christmas stocking and ornament along with new stockings for Zach and I..and they are already hung!!! lmao only a few more days until the tree goes up!! Come over and help us Tommi!!! hehe. I know it is early and some of you think Im nuts but with Tegan's arrival coming fast and being so close to thanks giving(which is when it usually goes up) we decided to put it up now, not to mention all the gifts are in her room. I am nesting like crazy trying to get everything in order and perfect!! I know I still have atleast two weeks, wow that really isn't long haha, but I am trying to get it all done now. Only 6 more days until my 36 week ultra sound and the scheduling of my c section..that means little miss has 6 days to turn her little self into the right position. I know you all just saw belly shots 3 days ago but my belly looks WAY different now then it did! Tegan was pushed way out making me look very square so we decided to get the camera out! You can visually see that she is transeverse! Today I got my very first "you must be ready to pop" haha. Enough babble here are pictures!

35 weeks!

Today I am 35 weeks pregnant! Only 35 days until my due date..thirty five! I cant believe how close it is getting. I am doing well, Tegan is still transverse causing me pain and discomfort. You can really see that I am carring her sideways by my belly shots. This next week is going to be a very very exciting week for us! Monday we are putting up the christmas tree, yes it is early but all the gifts are in Tegan's room and thanksgiving (when we usually put it up) is too close to my due date, not to mention I am super excited for the holidays! Tuesday I will be 36 weeks and I get to vote for the first time! yay!!! Friday is my 36 week ultra sound and the scheduling of my cestion if Tegan hasn't turned. Dr B is wanting to do the c section at 39 weeks which honestly makes me nervous! That is the week of thanksgiving, if they make it for before thanksgiving that is fine..but if he makes it for after thanksgiving that puts me too close to 40 weeks!! My dr said that he doesn't want me to go into labor on my own and go to the hospital and get an on call dr and have it be a stressful situation..well if this is the case then then why not take her a bit sooner?? Im going to talk to him and see if maybe we could make my csection for 38 weeks instead. I am already in so much pain and discomfort from the way she is laying..sometimes I am in tears begging her to move for mommy. She must think it's funny because she will kick me and continue to lay all comfy and transverse lmao!

Today was my 34 week office visit. Dr Bhattacharya was very please with everything and said that I was doing wonderful! He is super happy with my blood pressure and weight, I am now up to a whopping 158 which is a 25 pound gain for me. Tegan's heartbeat was beautiful as always and all my labs have come back perfect. I go back in two weeks for my 36 week ultra sound to see if Tegan is still transverse or not and to have my strep test done. Dr B said that if she is still transverse that I will be having a scheduled csection at 39 weeks (the week of thanksgiving!) unless I go into labor before then. It is really coming up fast!!!

Halloween is next friday!!! We were going to go to the pumpkin patch tomorrow but it is supposed to be cold and rainy and I woke up sick this morning so we decided to just stay home tomorrow and do things around the house. Thankfully we managed to find the best pumpkin ever!!!!

Zachary painted my belly :) it was such a fun memorable thing to do! Tegan was moving ALL over making it hard for her daddy so there was alot of giggling. Here are pictures :) please ignore the icky non makeuped face!

34 weeks!

I am 34 weeks pregnant with my stuborn little princess!!!! 34!!!! I can't believe that I am so close to her being here!!! I sware if feels like just yesterday I was waiting for my 7 week ultra sound and waiting to hear that first heart beat! No one is joking when they tell you it goes by fast!! I am doing well, just VERY uncomfortable!!!! Tegan is still completely transverse and hasn't made any effort so far to rotate. She kicks and flips and plays but her butt stays under my left boob and her head is way out in my right side. She seems to be very comfy that way, but the female body isn't made to carry a baby in such a way!!! It is soo painful, I feel like my belly is going to rip open and my belly button is going to expload. When I sit down I feel like I am suffocating lol. I go in for 36 week ultra sound Nov 7th to see if she has turned or not...clearly I will know if she has or not without the ultra sound, but it is that day that a c section will be scheduled if she hasn't moved. I really really hope they dont make me carry her beyond 38 weeks, I am in so much pain and can't breath with a 5 pound baby transverse, I can't even imagine how it will be with a 8 pounder come 40 weeks! I can feel her every body part with the way she is laying, that is the fun part of it all. I can feel her little butt, her legs, her shoulders, her head and her arm!!! If you poke her little arm she will poke you back, it is adorable!!! Daddy loves to play with her lol, she is already very much a daddy's girl!!!! He will kiss my belly and smack his lips really loud and starttle her lol, the other day it scared her so much that she jumped so big it brought me to my knees!!! Zach said it looked like she was jumping through my belly! She loves music and loves it when we talk to her. oh I love her so much!!!!

Zach and I have been busy painting a mural on her bedroom wall. We bought a small picket fence from menards and hung it on the wall and we are painting flowers, cattails and bugs on the wall. It is looking adorable but we still have a long way to go. I am painting the base coat on the grass and zach is doing the detail work and painting everything else. I am the creative one, he is the painter lol..and it shows! It is interesting sitting on the floor with a big belly trying to paint haha!!!

33 weeks already!

I am 33 weeks today! holy cow is all I have to say!! The weeks are flying by, yet when I hit another week mark I can't beleive it! I am getting SO close to the big day, it is unreal. I have my next ob appointment october 24th, then I have my 36 week ultra sound on november 7th to decide whether or not I will be needing a c-section. So far she hasn't flipped, I can still clearly see and feel her head and butt on each side of my belly button. I know she still has a few more weeks to flip but if she doesn't it isn't any biggy to me as long as she is healthy. I am doing well, I've never been pregnant before so I dont know what anything is supposed to feel like but I think I am having BH (they feel like a tight muscle spasm that lasts for a few seconds and goes away) They are happening more and more these days. My boob leakage is getting worse and worse, I no longer get little wet spots on my shirt..they are now big wet spots! I swear they are dripping all day long!!! haha. Thank God for breast pads! I think I need to start wearing a bra to bed :( I am to the point that I dont sleep at all. Everyone always tells you to get plently of rest in the end of pregnancy..well hello at the end it becomes impossible to get plenty of rest. Between getting up every thirty minutes to pee, the hip pains and in my case a giant head poking out of my side causing horrid pain..sleeping is impossible lmao. I am doing well, just counting down the days :) I went to babies r us the other day for the very first time and about died! I am all the way finished with Tegan's christmas shopping..she is already spoiled rotten! I am actually almost done with Zach's gifts too and yes everything is wrapped :)I am ready for the christmas tree to go up, Zach and I will put it up the week before thanksgiving lmao, it would go up now but people would think I was nuts if my tree was up before holloween even got here!! lmao! Come on December!!!!! This has been the happiest year of my life and it is only going to get better, I can't wait for the holidays! I got Tegan the cutest christmas dress the other day at TCP, now I need to find thick red ribbon to make her a big bow to go with it :) Here are my newest belly shots! I am getting bigger and so are my mommy marks! It looks like I am dropping a bit, each week my belly seems to be more and more into my pubic area..and so do the stretch marks haha. Here is also a video of little miss Tegan making my belly bounce from her hiccups. Such a Beautiful Ear :)

I finally scanned the one and only ultra sound picture I got out of my last ultra sound. Tegan was being a stinker and would only show us the back of her head. Already being a little diva haha. She sure has a beautiful little ear ;) you can see her shoulder, the back of her head and her ear... not too much longer and I will be going in for my 36 week ultra sound, maybe she will show us her face then, until then this is what we've got!
